岗位职责



服务互动 按照中心接待流程，带领服务团队热情主动地完成中心接待工作；
落实服务流程，提高团队服务质量（包括中心环境和卫生），提升客户满意度；
带领团队完成中心下达的玩具月度销售指标；


客户关怀 准确及时记录和整理中心相关数据并进行归档；
有效处理客户投诉、抱怨及其他相关突发事件；

团队培养和合作 负责服务团队的招聘、培训，提升服务团队的服务意识与技巧；
向中心运营总监提出提升服务品质的合理化建议；
主动完成各项行政工作，协助运营总监及其他部门完成其他工作任务。



任职要求大专及以上学历;
3年及以上工作经验，有一定的服务经验和管理经验优先；
有激情、良好的沟通技巧、学习能力，富有团队合作精神；
热爱教育行业，喜欢小孩子，有爱心，有亲和力；
熟练运用Microsoft Office 等办公软件；
能接受周末上班。
