职位描述
Key Responsibilities
L&D
? Partner with the business to perform detailed and comprehensive training needs analysis across various aspects of training-technical, English, management and leadership, competency, and on-boarding.
? Test and assess the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
? Perform the design, development, implementation of solutions to maximize performance and learning effectiveness. Coordinate and partner with external educational institutions to provide services for employees.
? Design, develop and implement company-wide key talent development programs, e.g. managerial succession planning, technical leadership succession planning, and rotation program, running monthly status report, and coming up with follow up improvement actions
? Maintain employee and organizational training records and documentation.
ER
? To follow ER procedures of employees, make sure the process is done according to company policies and Chinese law, and to deal with Labor disputes and ER issues (reward / punish / employee of year etc.);
? Recommend and implement employee relationship programs, policies and practices to ensure and maintain our ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.
? To organize and coordinate the event to improve employee engagement, including employee communication & activities, employee satisfaction survey etc.;
? Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
? Possess skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
? Knowledge of creating comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant projects.
? Consistently identifies highly critical and less critical activities and tasks amidst a large number of competing demands; adjusts priorities when appropriate.
? Prefer specialized knowledge of learning objectives and styles, learning theory, and learning evaluation methods including awareness of the Instructional Systems Design model: analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate.
? Have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English and Chinese languages.
? Work independently, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with senior management and employees.
? Excellent stakeholder management capability, comfortable in communicating with Sr. management.
? Must adhere to stringent work ethic and requirements, able to perform the job professionally.
