Assessor:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The focus of this position will be for the delivery of DDI's executive assessment/development technology.
Key Executive Assessor accountabilities include:
? Assessment center administration, role-plays and debriefing
? Executive level simulation scoring and interpretation
? Write comprehensive reports summarizing overall performance trends and dimension level behaviors
? Collaborate with DDI consultants and other internal partners to meet client needs
? Use Assessing Talent on-line system and other e-tech tools for managing client and participant information.
RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
? Ability to establish relationships/maintain credibility with executives
? Executive level impact
? High degree of personal initiative
? Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
? Ability to effectively deliver complex, sensitive feedback to executives
? Prior behavioral assessment experience and capability is desirable but not a deterrent ? Strong teamwork/collaboration skills
? Exceptional customer service orientation
? Demonstrated planning and project management experience
? Business/managerial experience desirable
Role Player:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
