Responsibilities:

1 Providing prompt, professional and accurate advisory service to customers on cloning products.

2 Responsible for handling technical queries from customers and insure that the customers can satisfy with your support.

3 To provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to customers and distributors.

4 To provide new products trainings to internal employees and distributors.

5 To participate marketing campaigns and promotions to increase market awareness, market share and sale growth.



Requirements:

1 Undergraduate degree/Graduate degree in Biological Sciences.

2 Excellent communication (verbal and written) , presentation, and interpersonal skills.

3 Developing and Applying Skills and Knowledge.

4 General knowledge and hands-on experience of molecular biology.

5 Proven ability to digest large amounts of new and complex technical information in a short time;
