Main tasks工作职责:

- implement the strategy to become efficient on the Chinese market 依据公司整体战略，组织制定营销战略规划并有效地实施；

- business development in China 拓展中国的业务，制定项目市场推广方案；

- establish network of distributors and dealers 建立批发和零售的销售渠道；

- setup and manage a (growing) sales team 销售队伍的建设与培养；

- maintain the relationship with existed cient, develop potential clients 维护现有老客户开发新客户；

- Develop local E-sales 开发本地电子销售业务；

The perfect candidate岗位要求:

- has worked in this business field before (experience and network) 有品牌家居装饰领域工作经验及销售渠道优先考虑

- has proven management skills 具备较强的管理技能并能独立组织销售工作

- is a native Chinese, speaks basic English 本职位仅限中国人并具备基本的英语沟通能力

- can report to senior management (in English) 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够用英语向领导汇报工作
