Kodak Document Imaging is offering world class scanning solutions to different industrial applications. We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in north region of China. The candidate is responsible to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate solutions to meet the customers' needs and company's objective.
Responsibilities:
· Managing assigned users, and channels and solicit new business opportunities from existing customers
· Meeting prospective customers to establish buying cycles, identify customer needs and create a customer supplier relationship
· Identifying and building prospects database to grow the business consistently
· Increasing sales revenue in existing customers through new ideas, marketing programs and etc.
· Conducting regular meetings / visits to key customers for account reviews, data analysis and construction of growth oriented plans to grow revenue
· Monitoring key account's business performance and developing effective sales strategies to grow top line and bottom line
· Working with support and operation team and all related departments to design and deliver optimal service and solution to customers
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferable
· Minimum 5 years sales and account management experience, preferably in service / solution selling / office automation industry
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
· Strong analysis and presentation / communication skills
· Self starter, detail orientated, strategic thinking, intuitive, open and receptive to constructive feedback
· Able to work along with all levels of people both internally and externally
· Proficient in spoken & written English;
· Some travel is required
