主要工作职责：

--及时向质量工程师报告客户的意见和要求

--及时控制和处理线上客户方的问题，避免问题扩大和矛盾升级

--协助质量工程师，与客户进行及时有效的沟通

要求：

--中技学历以上

--2年以上工作经验

--英语良好（读、写）

--会使用办公软件（Excel、Word等）

LEONI Electrical Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is invested by LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH. The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
