PURPOSE

According to policy and requirement, to be responsible for facility maintenance management, construction project manangement and related coordination with BZD, to ensure the facility is stable and support daily operation of TPMB.

根据公司政策及要求，负责所有设施的维护管理，土建工程管理及与北重厂的日常相关协调，确保各类设施稳定运行，满足公司运营需求。

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

教育背景及工作经验

College degree, major in machine, manufacturing or engineering

3 to 5 years related working experiences in factory, at least 2 years working experience on facility management

专科以上学历，机械、制造或工程专业

3～5年工厂工作经验，至少2年设施管理经验。

Specific knowledge

专业知识

Familiar with facility category and related maintenance knowledge

熟悉工厂设施分类及维护的相关知识

Know-how on various facility policy and related regulation of government

掌握各类设施管理政策及政府相关法律法规

Good understanding on multi international company facility management process is preferable

了解跨国公司设施管理流程更佳

Business understanding / Competences

Good communication and coordination skill

良好的沟通及协调技巧

Team management experience

团队管理经验

Basic English skill on written, oral, read and listening
