Position: HR Supervisor

Report to: Administration Director

Job Responsibilities

• Create and execute HR policies and action plans under the orientation of company’s HR strategy and policy, in order to support company in reaching its business goals
• Be in charge of the drafting, modification and amelioration of HR management regulations and working process
• Be in charge of HR daily work such as recruitment, training, compensation, PA, employee relationship, etc. and adjust relevant system for execution according to the developmental situation of company and industry
• Help to promote company concept and culture
• Control company cost and budget in human resource

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Administration Management or relevant majors
• Over 5 years of working experience in relevant position, over 3 years of experience in HR
• Systematic understanding and rich practical experience in modern company’s HRM models
• A good command of domestic and regional laws, regulations and policies on contract management, compensation system, insurance and benefits, training, etc.
• Ability to solve complicated problems, strong planning and execution
• Competency in motivation, communication, coordination and team leadership; sense of responsibility and devotion

• 在公司人力资源战略、政策和指引的框架下，建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划，以支持公司达到预期经营目标
• 负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程
• 负责招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜，并根据行业和公司发展状况，调整相关体系并负责实施
• 协助推动公司理念及企业文化
• 公司人工成本控制和预算
  
  

技能/资质

• 人力资源、行政管理或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上人力资源经理工作经验
• 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和丰富的实践经验
• 熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策
• 具有解决复杂问题的能力；很强的计划性和实施执行的能力
• 很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力，责任心、事业心强
