职位：

1. 通过电话沟通了解客户需求，寻求潜在客户需求。

2. 核实记录客户信息及需求，建立和维护客户档案。

3. 协调公司内部资源，协助解决客户问题，提高客户满意度。

4. 收集市场数据，协助运营项目分析。并定期反馈最新信息。

职位要求：

1. 两年及两年以上电话呼叫行业从业经验

2. 自信及积极主动，优秀的自我学习力及执行力

3. 良好的团队协作力及逻辑思维，优秀的电话沟通技能

4. 声音清楚优美

5. 熟练使用Microsoft Excel软件，有一定的英文基础

6. 大专及以上学历

Job Description：

1 To conduct call to customers, understand the customer potential needs, achieve business goals.

2 To verify and record customer’s inform and demand, build and maintain customer’s profile

3 To coordinate cooperation’s internal resources, achieve high customers’ satisfaction

4 To collect and analyze market data, give feedback information.

Job Requirements:

- More than 2 year working experiences on telemarketing or telesales.

-Confident and outgoing, high work spirit and good learner.

- Good interpersonal skills and Logical thinker, good communication skill on telemarketing.

- Standard Mandarin with a pleasant sounding voice

- Proficient in computer skills (Windows and MS Office) and acceptable English skills

- Associate degree or above.
