TITLE:生产协调Production coordinator/mould design assistant

SUMMARY:

Bridge with mould designer, HW R&D dept and factory, explore production resource channel, making marketing brochure

与模具设计师和硬件研发沟通，与投产工厂协调，拓宽生产资源渠道，制作产品宣传彩页。

PREREQUISITE:

English level as fluent as native speaker

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY:

-assistant to evaluate the feasibility of mould structure design, manage archive of structure file, schematics

-参与评估模具结构设计的合理性；完善物料表，确保各种结构图档和文档的输出和归档。

-explore production resource and channel, hunting for more competent and qualified supplier and place order to them, verify sample from them. Assemble line checking

-拓展生产资源，寻找并向非标准供应商提出设计或加工要求并验收封样。

-help to analysis the result delivered from mould designer to ensure less issue in soldering, assembling, testing in mass production

-协助模具设计师进行失效分析解决产品结构件在加工过程、产品组装中和测试中出现的问题；完成产品结构件图纸和文件的整理归档、修改和标准化。

-Follow up with mould structure design, ensure reliability of production to meet the requirement of feature
-跟踪模具开发，协调保证模具能够稳定生产出符合功能需要的产品。

-Raising the reliability of product, reduce maintenance and repairing cost and advice on improvement or optimizing, assist hardware dept to analysis and summarize default and feature failure reason

-提高新产品的可靠性，降低产品的年返修率。从可靠性角度考虑问题， 给予合理改善建议，协助硬件、结构工程师解决失效问题。总结研发项目可靠性测试中发现的问题，分析反馈给研发，与研发设计人员定期分享经验教训，提升研发人员可靠性设计能力。

-follow up with trial production, factory condition

-负责产品的试产跟进，分析工厂现场设备、工装的合理性；

-Communicate with mould designer to optimize design

-沟通和协调模具设计师和工厂以便改进工作成果和产品

-support hardware R&D team and client to solve problem and practice their need in mould design and production

-了解硬件研发团队和客户对模具设计和对产品的性能要求，了解模具合理性和对性能发挥的障碍和缺点，从而提出优化设计建议

Requirement:

岗位要求：

1,bachlar above, major in electronic device, structure design, solid background in mechanical

1.本科以上学历，电子设备结构设计专业，或机械设计类专业，有扎实的机械设计基础知识。
2, learning desire, creativity, communication ability, independent, analysis and problem solving problem.

2.具有良好的学习能力，创新能力，沟通能力。能独立跟进项目进展并汇报，有很强的动手能力；具有一定的创新意识和审美观，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；

3,more than 1 year of electronic device structure design, familiar with industry standard, extensive knowledge in mould, component and craft

3.有1年以上电子产品结构工程师工作经验，熟练行业标准，具备丰富的注塑件/五金件的零件及装配设计经验及模具、材料及工艺知识；

4,familiar with design flow, mould design and production

4.熟悉结构设计开发流程；熟悉五金塑胶产品设计；熟悉塑胶模具及冲压模具设计；

5,experience in electronic device or PAD design is preferred

5.有电子终端设备，PAD类产品设计经验者优先。
