职位描述

Position Summary
This position is field Sales Job responsible for the implementation of pro-active strategies designed to acquire Business Travel accounts in by positioning CITSAMEX as the premier provider of Travel Services in the China Market.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for selling Business Travel Solutions in the Large Market/MNC/ segments.
Aggressively seek competitor's accounts, and seek avenue for new sales.
Prospect client lists in a cold call environment, as well as follow up qualified leads from marketing initiatives such as advertising and direct mail
Work effectively with Travel Operations to successfully implement new business
Complete client set up paperwork in a timely fashion.
Accurately manage pipeline and Sales Reports on a monthly basis and responsible for timely submission of the sales pipeline
Network with the travel related industry at public events & forums
Understand what's happening in the travel industry, client's business requirement and work sales leader to identify gaps in current Value Proposition, re-define value proposition, strengths to clearly differentiate CITS American Express from competitors
Support regional RFPs by providing accurate information related to China CITS American Express capabilities and ensure all enquiries pertaining to China are responded timely
Ensure the scope of agreement promised to customers are within the scope of work as outlined in the Statement Of Work and Service Level Agreement

Skills and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of direct corporate sales or account management of multinational accounts is a must.
Preferably with degree in Business Administration / Marketing & Sales / Social Science/ Travel Industry Management.
Basic understanding of the travel & related industry. Procurement management knowledge is a plus.
Good understanding of the Business Segment (MNC, Large Market, Govt )
Positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate.
Strong verbal/written communication skills, and capable of working under pressure with little or no supervision.
Computer Literate
Possess good presentation skills
A go-getter (result oriented) willing to take calculative risk & adaptable to changing conditions.
Proficient in English & Chinese
Proven sales track record
Have a pleasant personality and approachable presence
