职位描述
? To coordinate with Regional sales team in the management and National key Accounts Team in the development of key accounts business.
? To develop annual key accounts plans and strategies for the assigned key accounts customers to achieve the set target
? To negotiate and conclude annual contract with key accounts with the best possible terms.
? To work with Regional Sales team and National Key Accounts team and develop business strategies for the local modern trade customers with reference to guidelines set by Sales.
? To monitor and feedback on development trends of all designated Key Accounts.
? To conduct regular business review meeting with all key accounts allocated.
? To help develop and introduce latest skills in Key Accounts Management, including Shelf Management, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, and so on.
? To help identify Best Practices in Key Accounts Management from own initiative or competitors and feedback to Regional Sales manager and National Key Accounts Manager to help improve on Key Accounts Management of the Company.
