Qualification required

• Education
• M. Sc of EECS or above
• Fluent English, German and Chinese language skills
• Experience
• More than 7 years working experience in area of automotive electronics.
• Experienced with product development process
• Specific Knowledge
• More than 3 years on a project management role
• Strong communication skills

Task designation

• Product Development
• Coordinates development of Telematics features and systems for China with Daimler R&D and suppliers from concept, specification till validation, release and SOP.
• Build up Network with suppliers and OEMs
• Build up a network to relevant suppliers and OEMs. Visits conferences and expos
• Evaluation of market position and development competencies of suppliers and OEMs
• Contact to administration
• Monitoring the for telematics and infotainment systems relevant guidelines and build up connections to the administration. Lobbying aligned with development and corporation strategy / homologation
• Support to setup and manage of the “Specification and Market Analysis” team
• Creates and maintains roadmap for the team and development plan for associates
• Co-Responsible for Competence Management and Knowledge Management, especially in the field of product development process and project management
• People management
• Leads and coaches the project management team
