职位描述
Staffing (50%)
?Collaborating with Recruiting, Payroll, and other HR teams to handle on/off-boarding processes
?Collect and maintain personnel documentation and update relevant online data
?Facilitate and conduct new hire orientation
?Arrange exit interview and complete check-out list
?Prepare certification of employment, salary; coordinate on work permit, residence card, etc. for local and foreign staff
?Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports on head-count, attendance, contract status, etc.
Compensation & Benefits (10%)
?Coordinate between Payroll and employee on salary and tax-related issues
?Act as the contact window to Social Benefits agencies and update relevant rules and regulations in a timely manner
Employee Relations (10%)
?Keep track of employment contract status; communicate with Business Leader and employees for decisions on probation, contract renewal, termination, etc.
?Support in labor arbitration and lawsuits in compliance to China labor laws and regulations
Support to other HR functions (30%)
?Assist in recruiting process (arranging interviews, update talent pool, prepare offer, etc.)
?Support in training programs (scheduling, facilitation, employee communication, etc.)
?Other tasks assigned by HR Supervisor and Manager
