岗位职责：

1、参加项目讨论会议和头脑风暴创意会，理解设计需求及竞标策略，提供设计方向建议，并根据设计简讯和设计工作单开展工作；

2、独立负责项目相关的平面设计创意、主视觉、主视觉的延展设计、平面制作文件等，完成设计提案文件，提升项目竞标成功率；

3、配合3D设计师完成展区、会场内的平面设计和贴图；

4、设计方案确定后，指导完稿,完成制作，确保设计成果的实现。

Responsibilities

? Participate in discussions and brainstorms , understand design requirements and bidding strategy,providede recommendations ;

? Individually responsible for projects related to the graphic design, the main sights, the main Visual extension of design and production files;

? Complete mapping and graphic design within the exhibition area and venue with the 3D designers;

? Guide material production ,ensure the design achievement.

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，美术设计相关专业；

2、三年以上的相关工作经验，具有较强的创新能力，对最新的国内外的设计元素、风格，具有敏锐的洞察力和学习借鉴能力；

3、具有较强的美术功底，优秀的审美意识、色感、整体平面把握能力，思维敏捷；

4、有良好的沟通能力，可与项目人员有效沟通项目创意和设计进度；与项目团队保持紧密的协作关系，保证工作顺畅进行；

5、可独立完成设计方案；对后期制作工艺有一定的了解；

6、熟练使用Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDraw/PageMaker等相关设计软件；

7、有广告、会展、大型活动平面设计经验者优先考虑。

备注：面试请携带成功设计案例及作品

Requirements

? Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Design

? Nimum 3 years of work experience as a designer

? Familiar with design structure, character, function, and usability with a solid foundation in theory and design experience

? Able to communicate directly and work effectively with international designers and clients

? Good command ofPhotoshop/Illustrator/CorelDraw/PageMaker etc

? Experience within advertising, exhibition center and large graphic design is preferred
