An International printing company is looking for an experienced Project manager/Business consultant, located in Beijing.
Job description
Project Management Office in consolidation of all top executive management initiatives in the company
o Board of Directors meet every 3 months and govern the company through 2 groups - the STG ("Strategic Thinking Group") and the ECSC ("Execution Control Steering Committee")
o The STG delivers recommendations on a quarterly basis according to strategic topics set as priorities by BoD
o The ECSC tightly controls the business execution and implementation of decisions through action plans and KPI monitoring
Includes
o Formalize, update and monitor detailed project tasks, deliverables, planning over each management initiatives and action plan,
o Formalize, update and monitor performance on project, including reporting tools and KPIs on deliverables, risks and deadlines,
o Organize, structure and attend meetings - prepare agenda, define and track actions, characterize deliverables and risks
o Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives on deliverables and timeframe to maintain integration consistency,
o Review and monitor business and operation KPI on each Execution Control stream assisted by FP&A
o Alert and escalate identified issues, delays, conflicting objectives, recommend on re-prioritization,
o Standardize management reports, prepare and support consolidation - monthly and quarterly
o Prepare material for and attend management meetings - STG, ECSC and Board of Directors
Reports to the VP Program manager
Working experience
1. At least 5 years successful project management experience
2. has a good understanding of the Western way of thinking and doing business. Ideally has worked abroad before. If not, working experiences in multinational companies are must.
Language requirement
Fluent in English communication,
