Business Support (contractor for six month)
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily business support to BU sales.
2. Detailed follow-up for every Sales opportunity,support sales contract approval process by using OOD/SC and I-MANY system.
3. Work closely with all functions to ensure on-time goods delivery, order fulfillment and maximum revenue recognition with lowest inventory.
4. Partner with sales team on financial MOR and S&OP submission.
5. Perform margin analysis upon BU's urgent enquiry.
6. Prepare monthly sales/SPG performance tracking report and other sales reporting driven by BU sales, SPG and finance once needed.
7. Be responsible for customer database set up and accuracy maintenance.
8. Sales meeting co-ordination and marketing events supporting
9. Daily admin supporting to sales leader and team
10. Other tasks and project accomplishment assigned by leader

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance, being sensitive to number
2. Good at English in both reading and writing
3. Be pro-active and willing to take challenge
4. A good team player
5. Excellent Microsoft Excel, power point will be a plus.
