Introduction
- Siemens Corporate Finance Audit (CF A) is looking for dynamic, team-oriented and highly motivated professionals (m/f) with excellent qualifications and subject matter expertise to strengthen the Corporate Finance Audit organization.
- As a Manager within the IT Audit Practice you will lead international and multidisciplinary audit teams (i.e.: integrated audits: Financial, IT & Compliance Audit), spearheading assignments across Siemens’ global sectors and locations. You will be responsible for determining the root causes of critical issues, assessing the level of impact on the business and playing a leading role in discussions with top management. CF A strongly adheres to an advisory approach; you will therefore also help the business to put appropriate improvement plans in place.
- In line with the CF A Grow & Development Model, Managers should have the ability to develop into a CF A Audit Director position within 3-4 years or into a comparable management position within the Siemens businesses.

What are my responsibilities?
- Lead teams for the analysis of transactional accounting data within SAP systems, perform IT security assessments and review IT General Controls
- Lead the planning and preparation of the assigned engagement tasks to ensure a baseline understanding of processes and controls prior to fieldwork
- Provide timely status updates to the engagement Director; ensure escalation of potential issues and findings as well as project risks and potential roadblocks; actively seek clarification on engagement task requirements, processes, controls and technical matters.
- Play a leading role in discussing results and findings with senior management
- Perform a final review of all results, ensuring that all required tasks are completed, appropriately documented, feedback effectively implemented, and all issues and findings completely and accurately captured and can be proven by written documents.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 10 years of professional experience within Siemens and/or related industries, or within an IT Assurance practice of a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm
- Strong past performance in academics (e.g.: IT, computer science, business or finance)
- Managerial experience in a complex IT environment both with an affinity for business and technology
- Fundamental understanding and knowledge of COBIT, SAP, data protection and information security requirements, security access and control, data warehousing, IT general and application controls
- General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization
- Strong preference is towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles / development potential
- Commitment to continuous learning and education
