工作职责：

负责加盟园所整体形象的监督及展示工作。
负责加盟园的运营与管理、帮助和支持。
提供系统性的培训，并让加盟园掌握总部规定的操作流程，帮助中心完成经营任务。
负责加盟园开业后周/月报表的分析与管理，发现存在的问题并协助提出解决方案。
对加盟园运营进行监督、控制和绩效评估，及时调整市场策略与内容，保证运营目标的持续达成。
保持与各加盟园日常联系，并根据市场情况及时给予指导意见。
及时了解各加盟园的情况，并协调各加盟园与总部之间的各项工作。
对加盟园所进行实地现场工作督查与指导。
加盟园所其他日常相关事宜的监督执行工作。



职位要求：

大专以上学历，学前教育、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业。或从事过早期教育相关行业。
熟练使用常用办公软件。
熟悉教育培训行业，至少两年以上相关行业的销售和服务经验，有运营经验者优先。
具有员工培训能力，现场激励能力。
具有良好的亲和力、优秀的适应能力、独立的学习能力及良好的团队。
能够适应长期出差。



Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision and Displaying to franchisee of the overall image.
Responsible for the operations and management of franchisees , offering help and support
Provide systematic training and let franchisees understand headquarters' operational processes , help the center to complete business tasks.
Responsible for the analysis and management of franchisee Weekly / monthly report after opening, find out problems and help to propose solutions.
franchisee operation supervision, control and performance evaluation, adjustment of marketing strategy and content in time, ensure continued operational objectives reached.
Maintain the day-to-day contact with the franchisees and give guidance in a timely manner, in accordance with the market situation
Know franchisees’ situation, coordinate works between franchisees and the headquarter.

supervise franchisees” other daily work



Qualifications:

College education, pre-school education, marketing, business administration and other related professionals. Or engaged in early education industry before.
Familiar with common office software
Familiar with the education and training industry, at least two years of relevant industry sales and service experience, operating experience is preferred.
with the ability of staff training, on-site motivational skills.
has a good affinity, excellent adaptability, independent learning ability and a good team player.
able to adapt to long-term business trip
