Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – New Sector

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

As a Professional Consultant in recruitment team, you will responsible for following jobs:

- New sector resource integration, build up sector resource database

- Setup/maintain relationships with all key persons for current and potential clients; Find potential business opportunities during communication with these key persons

- Provide consulting to clients with your market insight and industry knowledge, and delivering the value to client’s business

- Maintain a strong and robust network of the market leading candidates in this new sector

- Provide professional and advisory service in terms of career development, career plan, and industry trends to candidates

Requirements:

- Enjoy or willing to work in recruiting industry under pressure

- Humble, smart, and willing to develop self-abilities in an highly professional environment

- Be able to build strong long-term relationships with senior decision markers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Be ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin

- Bachelor Degree above
