职位描述
1. 协助各位代理人进行商标新申请、异议申请、争议申请、驳回复审申请、异议答
等的准备和提交;
assist the agents in preparing and filing trademark applications, oppositions, trademark dispute applications, applications for review on refusal, response to opposition applications, etc.；
2. 向客户报告有关于此的官方裁定、新申请受通、商标公告及注册以及公司交办的其他工作。
report to the client the relevant official decisions, the notice of receipt of new trademark applications, publication and registration of trademarks； and other work assigned by the company.
任职资格
1. 英语／法律专业，大学专科或者本科以上；
bachelor degree or above on english or law;
2. 具有较强的英文听、说、读、写能力；
excellent english listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. 在本行业从业并担任涉外商标代理人助理工作一年以上优先，如果是没有经验的，应该展示出比较优秀的英文文案工作能力；
at least one year working experience as ipr agent assistant in the ipr industry;
4. 乐于熟悉与商标事务相关的工作流程，能够独立完成商标注册申请等简单工作流程；
be familiar with ipr related procedure and be able to work independently for ipr application;
5. 有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够适应长时间满负荷工作；
team spirit and service oriented, be able to work with heavy-load under long hour;
6. 能够适应加班。
be able to work under extra hour.
