与顾问配合，为向客户提供成功的候选人进行分工合作：
1、根据职位要求进行电话访寻；
2、定时定额向顾问提交符合初选标准的候选人；
3、协助顾问安排并参与候选人面见筛选；
4、做好候选人维护工作,确保候选人到岗后适应性，及稳定性。
与顾问共同完善集体数据资源，为更加高质高效的完成访寻任务加固后备力量：
5、根据工作需要，建立、完善工作文档；
6、定期进行数据维护，更新信息，从而保障整体数据库信息的完整性和有效性；
任职要求：
1、执行力强；
2、具备良好的心理素质，和高压管理能力；
3、具逻辑性思维，系统性强，勤于学习；
4、具较强沟通协调能力，和团队合作精神；
5、执着，勇于不断挑战、完善自己；
6、具一年(含)以上猎头公司工作经验者优先；7、英语优良者优先。
