For its successful and fast growing domestic operation Voicevale is now looking for a logistics assistant/sales support to join a young, dynamic and motivated team.
The person will report to the import department manager and he/she will be in charge of:
- contact with overseas offices for import cargo shipping status follow up, import relevant document preparation and customs clearance management
- warehousing management and transportation arrangement
- logistics and accounting system update
- contract and relevant document issuance and invoices management

The ideal candidate is:

1) Mature in his/her ways; aged 25 to 30.
2) Fluent spoken and written English
3) With at least 2 year working experience within Import/Export Logistics relevant companies or logistics relevant department of manufacturers or trading companies
4) Computer literate. He/she masters MS office tools and is familiar with popular managing software (preferably UFIDA)
5) A good team player who could work under pressure and be good at solving problems
