职位描述
Working tasks will include：
1、Identify and set-up long lasting customer relationships for Interior Design companies & project management companies
2、Searching new projects and follow up projects
3、Arrange the daily jobs for sales team and leading sales team to achieve sales target
4、Responsible for sales training, and build professional sales team
5、Negotiate for important Key accounts, and solve the problems which could happen in projects
6、Following up satisfaction and maintain customer relationship, in order to build long term cooperation with customers.
The employees we need：
1、Have a Business of Art (BA) and/or Documented sales success (results)
2、English: grad 6
3、More than 2 years for sales experience
4、Good training ability, team building and developing customer ability
5、During education period, class monitor is advantage
6、Be detail orientated, proactive and service-minded
7、Be passionate about good product design, colors, quality & functionality
8、Mandarin Chinese & Fluent English an advantage
