大专以上学历，计算机及其相关专业优先
具有2年以上（Lotus领域1年以上）Lotus开发、服务等工作经验；
具有较强的Lotus设计、开发等应用技能；
思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强、良好的语言与书面表达能力；
为人正直、诚信，有较强的事业心，对工作认真负责，能够承担一定工作压力；
善于学习，具有分析、解决应用问题的能力。
英语能阅读，书写。
