·板级及机框级设计验证测试

·编写设计文档 (架构设计文档及详细设计文档)

·编写硬件单元测试计划

·协助产品兼容性认证测试 (UL, CE等)

·协助产品从设计到生产的转移

要求:

·电气、电子、通信及计算机等电类专业，本科及以上学历

·至少五年以上硬件设计经验

-英文能力:

·能阅读及准确理解英文技术资料

·能用英文与美国工程师沟通，包括邮件及口头沟通

·数字电路设计经验

·FPGA设计经验

·硬件架构设计经验

·扎实的基于微处理器的数字电路设计经验

·输入输出接口电路设计经验 (变压器耦合，交流耦合，直流耦合等)

·电源电路设计经验，包括基于电源模块、集成器件及分立元件的各种电源电路设计

·数字频率合成电路设计经验

Symmetricom Beijing CO. Ltd is pleased to announce the opening of a new research and development center near Guomao CBD area in Beijing China. We are seeking respected and self motivated Hardware Engineer for our new development center. You will have these responsibilities:

·Hardware architecture design

·Microprocessor-based digital circuit design

·Some analog circuit design (input/output, power supply, PLL)

·Schematic capture

·Board level and chassis level design verification test

·Write design documentation (architecture and actual design)

·Write hardware unit test plan

·Support compliance certification tests (UL, CE)

·Support product transition from development group to manufacturing group

Preferred Experience Requirements:

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

·Minimum 5 years of hardware design experience

·English proficiency:

·Able to read and accurately understand technical materials written in English

·Able to write and communicate in English with engineers in US offices

·Digital circuit design experience

·FPGA design experience

·Hardware architecture experience

·Solid experience with the designs of microprocessor based digital systems

·Analog input/output circuits (transformer coupled, AC coupled, DC coupled)

·Power supply design using a combination of commercially available power modules, integrated circuits and discrete components

·Experience with digital frequency synthesizer design

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be greatly valued:

·Networking equipment hardware design

·Telecom equipment hardware design

·DFM (design for manufacturing) and DFT (design for test) methods

·Telecom network systems

·Wireless communication systems and networks

·Digital signal processing
