Introduction


Delta Controls is an internationally recognised manufacturer of high performance, high quality process control instrumentation and is looking to expand its business in all major industries across China.


Based in Delta’s Beijing office, you will have some experience in sales of technical products into the Chinese energy and process markets. Previous experience within a foreign representative office and in external marketing activity would be an advantage. You should also have experience in direct face-to-face selling with customers.


The successful candidate will be confident in both Chinese and English spoken and written communication.


The role will appeal especially to someone with engineering qualifications and who has a few years of industry experience and are seeking the next step in their professional career. It will also appeal to ambitious, hard working, determined individuals who are looking for an opportunity to develop their career within an international company and gain the rewards that go with success. It is expected the successful candidate will spend fifty percent of their time outside of Beijing.

Sales Engineering Responsibilities


1. Identifying potential new customers or opportunities in China
2. Developing existing key and target accounts
3. Supporting clients with technical solutions
4. Regular travel to meet new and support existing clients
5. Liaising with internal sales team to satisfy customer needs

Requirements

1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
2. Fluent in written and oral Mandarin and English (Fluency in additional languages will be a significant advantage to candidates if they meet the other requirements)
3. Minimum 3 years external sales experience
