Responsibilities:
- Work very closely with the Associate to “map out” the candidate universe and develop the job control for every assignment
- Prepare candidate profile
- Make sure the thoroughness and consistency in our candidate presentation
- Organize the assignment files
- Organize the research library, and newspaper cutting
- Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
- Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency
- Assist the Associates in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication

Qualification Requirements:
- College degree or above, Science, English or Business related major is preferred.
- Flexible, diligent, quick learner, willing to face new challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English
- Positive attitude
