Job Responsibilities:

For Production Planning

1), Lead to balance factory production lines' capacity and raise suitable proposals to business based on rolling sales forecast.

2), Lead production planning team to edit and execute the production plan/schedule.

3), Develop and build a high engaged and potential production planning team.

4), Lead to manage and lean pipeline inventory in suitable level to meet business demands.

For Supply system development

Translate global or regional system strategy into actionable in system that delivers leaner, more efficient and more effective system.

1) Lead to standardize the system policy.

2) Develop and lead system CIP activities, model optimization and system upgrade.

3) System knowledge transferring and training.
