FSI sales / Telco Sales

This responsible for taking a broader, strategic view of the requirements of their clients/alliances or markets and match them to customized solutions in China using the solution-selling model and strategy value based selling to achieve sales target objectives

Primary Accountabilities

？ Establish and strengthen strong relationships with major accounts, having capability to leverage the local partners, China marketing and channel team of the assigned FSI / Telco clients
？ The capability of developing and maintaining a detailed forecast pipeline of clients sales opportunities. And the capability of fully understand the company sales force system.
？ Effectively teamwork with all China teams.

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
？ He/She must be aggressive and has due diligence.
？ More than 10 years of sales experiences in IT Industry and 5 years of FSI / Telco Industry sales background will be preferred.
？ Prepares plans to meet revenue/product/solution targets in the telecom industry.
？ Prepares sales campaigns to address a particular market or industry segment with results Prepares sales reports and forecasts.
？ Develops a strategy for a key account or initiative.
？ Initiates contact at Senior Levels of customer’s business (“C” level) uncovers customer’s need and maps to possible solutions.
？ Implements multilevel account strategies including business and technology users.
？ Develops solutions, proposals or position papers, creates presentations and use multiple sources to gather information.
？ Actively participate in the regular cross department knowledge sharing sessions in China
？ Solution selling skills is welcome and we also hope he/she could have the industry domain knowledge. Especially in FSI / Telco Industry.
？ Good communications and presentation skills.
？ Fluent English is preferred.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
？ BS degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
？ Oral and written fluency in English and Chinese.
？ Ability to travel frequently
？ Ability to learn the company system and tool in a short period of time.
