OEM Sales Manager.



An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales Manager will be answerable for sustaining and uplifting Quest Software business into business sales. The OEM sales manager will be responsible for the business sales of Quest OEM products and technologies to Ufida, Kindgee, Huawei, Zhonshi etc.OEM partners in Guangzhou/South China region. You will be tasked to increase the OEM sales volume and provided outstanding customer service, and the utilization of pertinent knowledge of the OEM products represented.


Duties of an OEM Sales Manager



· Accountability for the sales status of the OEM products in its area of responsibility and the ownership of the OEM products' sales.

· Interaction with the prospect buyers/customers in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company and evaluation of the performance and strength of the OEM products.

· Forecasting, planning and negotiating agreements; provisioning of customer merchandize training, and customer product assimilation support.

· Sales and leads generation support through attending trade shows/exhibitions and/or other public events where market intelligence can be gathered.

· Ability to identify the competitor's edge and their strategies, new market opportunities and foreseeing the success of the Quest OEM products where possible.

· Formulation of a customer files database.

· Forecasting sales by units.

· Comprehensive comparison between monthly sales and the goals that have been set.

· Updating yearly strategic plans by providing sales input.

· Evaluation product performance by extracting customer's feedback.

· Contribution towards promotion of OEM products by various means advertising, literature etc.

· Maintaining the Quest OEM product's competitiveness by recommending an effective pricing program
