Job Title : Senior Executive – Aftersales Training
Purpose of the Job
1：Assist training manager to complete assigned task according to training schedule.
2：Conduct, Manage, Supervise and Implementation of LSH Training Academy training program.(School-enterprise cooperation, Training Hub and Technical training)
3：Regular update, edit training materials and develop new training materials. Besides, keep related records and information.
4：Assist dealerships to solve technical issues, to provide dealerships with technical diagnosis technicians
Primary/Key Responsibilities & Measurement Criteria
1.In the POCC AMT and AMT program, ensure participants pass the CMT test, and get the CMT certification.
2.Active participation in training hub operation and setup.
3.Carry out School-enterprise cooperation project and completed relation on the job teacher training
4.Regular update, edit training materials and development advanced training materials. Besides, keep related records and information.
5.For LSH dealerships provide all services, for dealerships completed related project.
Minimum Requirement：
Degree: Junior college degree, Automotive Engineering
Certificate: Obtain Certification Program by BMBS (e.g. CMT, CST, CDT)
Related Working Experience:
1. Workshop experience > 3 years.
2. Training experience > 1 year.
Knowledge
1: Trainer’s training soft skills
2: Good in diagnosis troubleshooting skills
Must Have
1: Sense of responsibility
2. Good in time management
3. Positive attitude & willingness to learn
4. Communication skills
5. Work under pressure
6. Problem solving
Good to Have
1.Cautious in carrying out task
2. Meticulousness and detailed oriented
3.Service mentality
