职位描述：
1、负责学校热线咨询电话的接听以及学生约访，针对学生情况推荐适合的课程 ；
2、负责与家长的电话沟通，分析学生学习问题，向家长介绍学校的课程；
3、负责学生和家长的长期回访跟踪工作；负责处理及跟进各项咨询顾问服务；
任职要求：

1、具有良好的表达能力，善于与人交流，普通话标准流利；
2、具备优秀的电话沟通能力、语言表达技巧和善于倾听；
3、品格坚毅，能够承受一定工作压力；
4、喜欢挑战自我，对人际沟通有一定兴趣与敏感度 ；
5、专科及以上学历，教育学、心理学或市场营销相关专业毕业优先。
薪金待遇：
1.薪金结构：底薪+绩效薪金+提成+奖金，不封顶无上限 目前已入职员工试用期最低能拿到2000元转正后2500以上
