Job description:
1. To assist new and existing customers of company with the procurement of the products and services offered.
2. To promote in a professional manner the products and services available from company.
3. To provide timely and accurate information on products and services to customers.
4. To provide accurate and timely information to Account Managers and customers on sales and customer service activities.
5. Process customer orders and inquiries in to company’s systems in accordance with service targets.
6. Quote on products requested of us by our customers
7. Proactively seek to generate additional sales from customers
8. To consistently follow up on customer initiated sales leads, e.g. quotes etc
9. To be current with product knowledge, maintain market vigilance, be familiar with competitive products and services, attend training as directed and read relevant material to ensure you remain up to date with your field of endeavor.
10. To clearly understand the workings and methodologies of company in order to portray these accurately and professionally at all times.
11. To achieve and exceed pre-set targets in inside sales
12. To assist and liaise with your company peers and develop a harmonious and professional relationship therein.
13. To proactively work related applications, in a timely and accurate manner.
14. Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
1. Multi-Language speaking –Mandarin and English in particular and Cantonese preference.
2. Working experience: five years above, and from IT company would be preferable.
3. Hard working, team working spirit
