Job Title:
Tools Designer

Job Objective:
Tools Designer/Tools Development Engineer will be responsible for internal tool development to support the daily consulting work for GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE radio network design/optimization. He/she need to define the specifications, design the architecture, and implement tools based on the internal requirement from radio network engineers.

Responsibilities:
The Designer/Developer is experienced in several aspects of software application development, tools design, and Telecommunication equipment system.

· Work directly with internal tools team leader for planning and design of applications and prototypes.
· Work with radio network design/optimization team to determine the requirements, algorithm, testing and verification.
· Work with other team member to implement the required features based on planning.
· Work with other team member to release tools internally and improve it based on the internal feedback.

Qualifications


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Strong software development skills on C/S or B/S architecture. Rich development experience in C/C++ and Java is needed. C#/Python experience is a plus.
· Strong hand-on experience on database application development: design, optimization, troubleshooting, and database administration.
· Familiar with concepts like SQL/noSQL, data modeling, data warehousing, cloudy computing etc
· Good inter-personal and communications skills.
· Relevant experiences in system architecture design, large-scale database development, or wireless communication in GSM/UMTS/HSPA /LTE is a plus
