职位描述
Objective of job
1) Assist in formation and implementation of MB truck network strategy;
2) Develop and implement MB truck retail concept/format and ND plan;
3) Steer dealer selection, approval and implementation;
4) Analyze competition in field of truck distribution network.
Task designation
1
Network Strategy and Planning
1) Assist in establishment of and maintain truck network strategy and network plan;
2) Coordination with other line functions on network strategy and plan;
3) Implementation of the defined network strategy and plan;
4) Coordination with BM & DLR Support team on network restructuring projects;
5) Develop and maintain network planning tools
2 Retail Concept and Format
1) Develop truck dealer format, layout design, CI concept and retail feasibility simulation;
2) Develop truck dealer standards;
3) Develop truck dealer margin and incentive scheme;
4) Coordinate with GBM/TGE and other line functions on above;
5) Implementation of above
3 Dealer Selection & Approval
1) Supervise and troubleshoot dealer selection and approval projects;
2) Organize dealer/workshop approval committee meeting and report on selection results and proposals;
3) Supervise maintenance of dealer selection & approval tools and process

Dealer Implementation (temporary task)
1) Agree and follow up with candidates on implementation plan;
2) Steer candidates in premises preparation, decoration, CI element installation, recruitment, etc.;
3) Contracting with and authorization of candidates;
4) Coordinate with MBCL/CV line functions in opening, staff qualification, AS systems, special tools, initial part stock, etc.;
5) CI element supplier management;
6) Maintenance of dealer implementation tools and process

Competition Analysis
1) Collection, analysis and reporting of major competitor’s truck distribution network status and ND activities;
2) Recommend ND counter-measures based on competition analysis result
Qualification required
o Skills –general skills, personality traits,
Strong interpersonal communication skills, open; Work independently; Excellent commend of written and spoken English; Stand frequent business trips
o Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
Strong in observation, analysis and presentation
o Experience and education
Bachelor degree or above in automotive or engineering; 2 years or above experience in auto sales/marketing, network development or retail management; Working experience in CV industry is an add-on
o Management and leadership skills
Active in team facilitation
