The FP&A Manager will be working primarily with the Senior Director of FP&A, the VP of Finance and the CFO to support the company’s operations. The Controller’s organization will also be a key resource and participant in the planning function.
The exact organizational and reporting structure is in development, but the finance team is very flat and works together to accomplish various organizational goals.

This will be a very exciting and challenging position. The Company is a financially driven enterprise and, as a result, the FP&A function is becoming more important and integrated into the regular business operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
? Lead and manage the annual and monthly forecast process. Maintain an updated and accurate forecast with all availableinformation. Forecasts will include full P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital Expenditures and Headcount.
? Serve as finance liaison to the VP and departmental budget owners. Keep budget managers aware of their financial performance by developing tools and/or reports appropriate for them.
? Support the greenlight process for new games. Improve/develop models (Revenue and Cost) that can help predict future business results and analyze actual results. Detailed plans will be for the current year and the next year.
? Participate in the monthly business review (MBR) by driving certain aspects to completion and coordinating all of the financial components for the areas of responsibility.
? Drive ad-hoc analysis with the business unit managers. This is a key part of the role.
? Develop the working relationships and cadences working with the business unit managers to accomplish their forecasting goals.
? Provide support for finance re-engineering efforts to increase efficiency and add value to business partners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
? The FP&A manager will be someone who understands income statements, balance sheets and cash flows and how they fit together.
? You will likely already be an FP&A Manager. Probably the best experience will have been operating as an FP&A Manager at a divisional/department level where you had to help manage an entire P&L vs. just a cost center.
? You will have very strong excel skills. You will be adept at utilizing various systems for data query and reporting to drive high quality analysis.
? Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable. Other industries which are relevant include Entertainment, SAAS, PAAS, or other high tech consumer facing businesses.
? You will need to balance the need to provide support and analysis to the business units while recognizing the corporate objectives.
? You will be someone who can manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks relatively easily.

任职资格：
熟悉资产负债表、损益表、现金流量表，及内部关联。
现任FP&A经理。有FP&A经理经验，熟悉成本核算，有管理过整个部门损益规划者优先。
擅长使用Excel。擅长使用不同系统实现数据查询，汇报并实现高质量分析。
有游戏行业经验者优先。或有娱乐、SAAS、PAAS或其他高科技服务相关行业经验。
能在平衡企业发展目标的同时满足业务团队需求。
