Position: Business Development Director
Company: A Leading Live Communications Agency
Reporting to: Managing Director, Beijing
Team Size: 6HC

Job Descriptions:
1. Strategically and pro-actively identify and develop high potential target accounts to generating new or potential business opportunities from event, conference, exhibition or any Live Communication possibilities, in industries such as Auto, Luxury, and Telecom.
2. Lead the BD team to develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network
3. Lead the team to maintain the existing accounts with strong sense of client service and relationship
4. Work closely with Client Service& Creative team for pitch involvement including brief taking, briefing note writing and delivery to all responsible parties, present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers from customer, engage in negotiations and close the deal finally
5. Fully responsible for hitting sales revenue budget
6. Develop BD team and train BD team

Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years business development experience from international background Events, Exhibition, PR or Advertising agency
2. Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation
Strong willingness to hit sales target
3. Excellent sales and communication skills, strong client service sense
4. Outgoing, social, passionate to tackle challenges
5. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
6. PRC National
