Position: Senior BD Manager
Company: A Leading Live Communications Agency
Reporting to: BD Director, Beijing

Job Descriptions:
1. Pro-actively identify and develop high potential target accounts to generating new business sales revenue from event, conference and exhibition
2. Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network
3. Maintain the existing accounts
4. Pitch involvement including brief taking, briefing note writing and delivery to all responsible parties
5. Responsible to ensure that overall budget is met
6. Able to lead a team

Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years business development experience from international background Events, Exhibition, PR or Advertising agency
2. Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation
3. Excellent sales and communication skills
4. Outgoing, social, passionate to tackle challenges
5. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
