1）计算机科学、工程管理(java相关专业)本科以上学历。
2）熟悉Java EE开发，从事过或者了解JMS和消息队列开发的优先。
3）至少熟悉一种关系型数据库。例如Oracle，SQL Server或MySQL。
4）熟悉任意版本的WebLogic应用服务器管理。
5）熟悉XML和XML解析者优先。
6）较强的语言表达沟通能力及文档撰写能力,良好的英语读写能力。
7）具有团队协作精神、积极进取、敢于挑战及追求完美的精神。
