工作职责：

• 试玩游戏 － 试玩指定的游戏并根据要求给出反馈报告（建议／意见／评论等），以帮助完善Happylatte的游戏产品。
• 全程产品测试－浏览Happylatte的产品特性及功能目录，检测程序是否正确运行。
• 功能验证－根据策划文档测试开发人员完成的功能是否符合设计需求。
• 易用性测试－通过测试，找出不符合用户习惯的显示或操作。
• 破坏性测试－分析产品功能，使用非常规操作或方法去尽可能地破坏运行的程序。
• 探索性测试－根据策划文档，充分发挥想象，从而设计更加丰富的测试场景。
• 缺陷分析及报告－除了常规的测试报告外，根据已经存在的缺陷跟踪系统分析容易发生缺陷的原因。

任职要求：

• 热爱游戏 － 你是个游戏经验丰富的游戏爱好者。你对游戏高度敏感，并且十分擅长，能够想到并提出自己的想法以使我们的产品更加完善
• 关注细节和质量－认同细节的重要性，因为细节可以保证我们一直为之而努力的质量，所以希望你能在放大镜下观察我们的世界，发现每一个最细小的问题。
• 破解事物的热情－孜孜不倦，利用所有可以想象的方法去破坏程序的功能，直至其各方面特性达到天衣无缝。
• 快速理解需求的能力－通过阅读只有一两行文字的简单邮件，可明确其需求，从而快速判断出功能或需求是否被正确实现，还是需要送回返工。
• 英语基础－ 有英语基础，能够读写英文材料；有意愿在双语的环境中工作并提高。
• 具有足够的耐心－ 理解重复劳动在这项工作中的重要意义，并时刻留意测试后程序所发生的改变。理解只有通过连续且重复的测试，我们才能快速的捕捉到错误的所在。
• 技术经验－ 有游戏测试经验和理解软件工程者优先考虑。
• 优先考虑－ 游戏设计或艺术类专业者
• 工作时间－每周至少4天，在校生每周至少3天工作时间
