职位描述：

1.网站合作推广：制定网站推广策略及推广计划，与国内相关媒体、网站建立合作关系，实现产品延伸拓展，提升用户覆盖度。

针对各类互联网行业展开广告合作、链接合作、内容合作、活动合作等，整合各种推广渠道，实现深度合作共赢；

2.网站内容管理： 捕捉海外房地产投资类热点话题，及时进行网站内容策划和编辑，通过创意性话题引导，增加网站访问量，提升用户体验。

3.产品创新与优化：参与移动互联网产品规划，根据市场调研、反馈和运营数据，给予网站、APP产品及用户体验的优化建议。

职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，具有三年以上互联网产品销售经验，对产品运营思路和方法及移动互联网行业有深入认识和了解。

2.可独立策划、执行网络营销方案；善于搜集网络信息，能够迅速捕捉互联网热点并策划符合移动互联网用户口味的网络营销创意。具有较强的计划、控制、执行能力。

3.对工作充满热情，富有创新精神，能够积极主动的开展工作。

4.熟悉房地产及互联网行业，有在大型网站、移动互联网产品运营经验者优先。

Website Operation Manager （Partial marketing）

Job description：

1. Promotion of cooperation:

Make the development of website promotion strategy and plan;

To establish cooperative relations with related media and websites, improve user coverage.

2. Content management:

Capture the real hot topic of overseas estate investment; Responsible for website content planning and editing; Through the creative topic guiding, increase site traffic, enhance the user experience.

3. Product innovation and optimization:

Participate in the mobile Internet product planning, according to market research, feedback and operational data, give suggestions to optimize the website and APP product and user experience.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than three years sales experience in Internet product, have deep knowledge and understanding of internet promotion, have ideas and methods a in the mobile Internet industry.

2. Independent planning, implementation of network marketing plan. Good at collecting information, quickly capture hot internet and user point, make creative network marketing, Strong planning, execution and control.

3. Passion, innovative spirit , initiative to carry out the work.

4. Familiar with real estate and internet industries. Experience of large websites ,mobile internet product operation is preferred.
