职位描述：

1、负责网站的精品栏目建设，专题策划撰写及相关运营维护，打造网站特色；

2、对特色栏目及精品专题进行市场活动和推广宣传；

3、负责网站互动栏目及APP应用的策划、优化与改进，不断提升用户体验。

职位要求：

1、视野开阔，见解独到，具创新思维，

2、熟悉房地产行业、投资理财等内容；

3、市场营销、广告学、品牌策划等相关专业毕业，三年以上内容策划、话题营销或品牌经验，善于统筹策划、执行各类网站特色专题。

Job description：

1. Responsible for the construction of the website of the columns, project planning, writing and related operation and maintenance, make the site very characteristic;

2. Carry on the market promotion activities and publicity for special columns;

3. Responsible for planning, optimization and improvement of Website interactive columns and APP applications, and improve the user experience continuously.

Job requirement:

1. Open field of vision, unique, innovative thinking;

2. Familiar with the real estate industry, finance and investment etc;

3. Graduation in marketing, advertising, brand planning and other related major, more than three years of content planning, marketing or brand experience, good at planning, project implementation of various characteristics of the web site.
