Reporting Line:

Report to the China Marketing Manager based in Beijing, or such other person as the company may designate

Responsibilities

n Manage inventory for promotion materials

n Coordinate the production of marketing materials

n Assist in the local marketing activities or assigned projects, including

n Daily clerical preparation

n Local logistics arrangement for vents and exhibitions

n Updating the content on China website

n Expanding the Direct Mailing Database

n Exploring the opportunities in China marketing events (e.g., conferences, exhibitions, book fairs, etc)

n Strengthening the marketing intelligence of China

n Carrying out other job functions assigned related to marketing

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

n University graduate

n 1 year of work experience

Preferred qualifications:

n Previous work experience in marketing or publishing industry

Job skills:

n Good command of the English language

n Basic computer intelligence, including PowerPoint and Excel
