工作职责：
管理和不断开发SmarTots基于网页的工作，尤其是功能性和应用性方面。开发人员须积极主动的推进SmarTots及网页资源的快速发展和成长。
职位要求：
? 2年以上互联网应用PHP开发经验
? 熟悉Linux，能够维护、操作和优化服务器
? 能够快速编写清晰有条理的代码
? 具备优化MySQL数据库经验
? 利用外部开源架构和库加快项目进程
? 快速发现并解决应用中的瓶颈问题
? 能够开发符合W3C标准的网页
? 良好的英文读写能力
