1. Graduate of applicable Electrical Technical from university, at least 3 years working experience
2. Thorough knowledge of electrical apparatus testing with a strong theoretical understanding of electrical systems, and good aptitude for problem evaluation
3. High level of communication, supervisory and organizational skills
4. Be able to write detailed reports, use a computer, and accurately process job billing
5. Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally
6. Must be available for out-of-town to several weeks
7. Experienced on engine surveillance and testing is preferred
