Main duties

} Establishing a relationship with the card production and membership collateral suppliers in China

} Ensuring the supply chain and logistics meet the SLA requirements

} Responsible for the supply of membership collateral to distribution partners in China

} Inventory and stock control of membership collateral

} Data entry of membership applications

} Ensuring service excellence with the enrolment process

Background and education

} University degree or above

} Self-motivating and able to work independently

} Fluent and assured in spoken and written English

} Good computer and administration skills

} Excellent communication skills

Nature and aim of the position
    Global Blue manages Customer Services and related operations through two service centres; Bratislava in Europe and Singapore for the Asia Pacific region. Global Blue has a strategic aim to enroll members and therefore we need to support this strategy in the major enrolment countries.
    The position holder will be based in Beijing with a report line into Slovakia, Europe.
    The position will require occasional travel within China to meet suppliers and distribution partners and to Singapore or Slovakia for internal meetings.
    The positions main aims:
-    The link between the service centre operations and the enrolment partners in China
-    Ensuring the membership enrolment logistics operation in China is in place
-    Dealing with escalations related to enrolment, supply, production of membership collateral in China
-    Handling the manual data entry requirements linked to enrolment
