Summary

You should have more than 10 years of solid experience of selling Laboratory Instruments, especially Chromatography and Elemental Analyzer, leading China team to develop and implement strategies to capture and expand sales according to organization’s short and long range goals and objectives. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, covering the area of China, Hong Kong of China and Macau of China.

Base in Beijing

Duties & Responsibilities

Meet/Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly regional sales target.

Assigns sales territories to sales personnel.

To increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution.

Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

Recommends product modifications and standardizations to eliminate unprofitable items.

Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends.

Execute market and segment growth strategy.

Identify new markets.

Conduct territory data analysis

Launch new products in the territory.

Provide competitive intelligence.

Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions.

Provide customer and channel relationship management.

Minimum 50% face-to-face customer contact in support of key accounts sales strategy and tactics.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.

Qualification

Min a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Instruments

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience selling laboratory instruments

Strong experience in Oil and Gas industry especially familiar with refinery industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Selling experience in B2B environment

Excellent negotiator

Proven teamwork and leadership skills
