Job Description 工作描述:

• Sales are accountable to the guests and the team leader or manager in charge.
• A sales' purpose is to make sure that we can keep the following promises to our guests:
• To provide a fast, efficient and friendly service at ALL times of the day。
• To arrive at work in time to start your shifts as scheduled by your manager.
• To communicate with all guests and members of your team in an open and friendly manner, throughout their time in store.
• To listen and respond to the comments, questions and concerns of our guests, taking action where necessary.
• To actively and appropriately sell our products and promotions to all guests throughout their visit.
• To take an active role in the development of other team members by sharing experiences and assisting in their training.
• To conduct all till transactions in an accurate and conscientious manner, in line with all current company policies.
• To maintain the security of cash, stock, premises and personnel by following all current procedures and through careful observation, action and use of keys (where relevant).
• Follow superior's instruction for any new assignment/projects.

Requirement 要求:

• 具三年及以上高级零售店铺或消费品店销售经验，外资店铺经验为佳；
• 有奢侈品，手表，女性珠宝工作者优先；
• 具有良好的英语听说能力者优先；
• 五官端正，具有时尚气质； 、
• 具备团队合作精神，拥有工作热诚，喜欢与人沟通；
• 专科以上学历。
